About Stratavue

Why we built it

Every change programme we delivered ran into the same problems:

  • Slides that were out of date the day after they were presented.
  • Target operating models signed off with real ambition, then left behind once the programme closed.
  • Knowledge that left the organisation every time someone moved on.

We looked for a tool that fixed this and didn't find one, so we built it. Alex is a software developer, experienced in delivering software. He works hands-on in every implementation, so technical questions are answered by someone who builds the product, and he is a named contact throughout your engagement.
